The Entertainment Careers Arts Program (E-CAP) is Black Spectrum Theatre’s after-school arts enrichment program, serving students in schools throughout Southeast Queens. Designed to inspire the next generation of artists, performers, and creative professionals, E-CAP provides hands-on training in theatre, media, and the performing arts while introducing students to a variety of careers in the entertainment industry. Through engaging workshops, mentorship, and performance opportunities, participants develop their talents, build confidence, and gain valuable skills for future success.
